Account information: Name, email address, role, and password (stored encrypted by Supabase).
Usage data: Number of extractions performed, plan type, timestamps. We never store the clinical content you paste.
Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID, never your card details.
Clinical notes, lab results, imaging reports, or any other content you paste into the extraction tool are processed transiently and immediately discarded. They are never written to any database or log.
To provide the Service, send transactional emails, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Anthropic: De-identified clinical text is processed by Anthropic's API. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@meduyak.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
