If Meduyak doesn't save you time on your first real chart, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Email support@meduyak.com within 7 days of your first charge with subject line "Refund Request". Include your account email. We process refunds within 5 business days.
Payments after the first 7 days are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
The 7-day free trial does not require a credit card and cannot be refunded as no payment is taken.
We do not offer partial month refunds. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
