By accessing or using Meduyak ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms may be updated at any time with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
You must not enter any Protected Health Information (PHI) into Meduyak. All clinical content must be de-identified prior to submission in accordance with HIPAA Safe Harbor or Expert Determination methods (45 CFR §164.514).
PHI includes patient names, dates of birth, geographic identifiers, Social Security numbers, medical record numbers, account numbers, device identifiers, URLs, IP addresses, biometric identifiers, and any other information that could identify a patient.
You are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted content is properly de-identified. Meduyak LLC is not responsible for user submissions containing PHI.
Meduyak is a clinical decision support and reference tool. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for clinical judgment, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
All ICD-10 codes and justification notes generated by Meduyak require clinician review and verification before use. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of codes entered into any medical record.
Meduyak offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to existing subscribers. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for a minimum of 90 days following any price increase announcement.
Current pricing is "beta pricing" and may increase in the future. The grandfather clause applies.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact support@meduyak.com within 7 days of your first charge.
You may not use Meduyak to: (a) input PHI without proper de-identification; (b) violate any applicable law; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (d) share account credentials; (e) use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate clinical coding support.
Meduyak and its content are owned by Meduyak LLC. ICD-10-CM codes are maintained by CMS and WHO. You retain ownership of any content you input. Meduyak does not store clinical content.
MEDUYAK LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
